- 有特殊情况，guide 写明理由就能放行，每一次都有记录。In special cases a guide can let a child through with a written reason. Every override is logged.
- 证书Certificate
- 开了门槛之后，证书证明的是“学会了”，不只是“读完了”。With the threshold on, a certificate shows "learned it", not just "finished it".
